Logibel is a company specializing in transloading materials between truck trailers and railcars, located in the Saint-Lambert-de-Lauzon industrial park.
Main responsibilities
- Operate high-capacity forklifts (up to 40,000 lb) to safely load and unload materials between railcars and trailers
- Handle materials using overhead cranes
- Tie down and secure material loads for crane transport
- Prepare load assemblies for open trailers
- Move trailers
- Locate goods in the yard and on trailers
- Identify and mark steel and material bundles
- Inspect incoming products for quality and quantity
- Record inventory movements in the management system to ensure accurate, real-time tracking
Profile sought
- Proven experience operating clamp or long-fork forklifts, or other specialized heavy material equipment
- Ability to work outdoors with large or unstable loads
- Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and attention to safety
What we offer
- Starting wage: $26.75/hour
- Complete training to master our systems and equipment
- Balanced schedule: 35–40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
